These paper dresses reminded me of a book I read a long time ago called The Hundred Dresses, by Eleanor Estes. If you have not read it, I urge you to do so. It is a short little children's book you can probably get at your local library. You will be glad you did.

This one is amazing! I love all the layers and extras! The scissors and sewing machine and the Simplicity pattern and even the swatch of material held on with a needle.I couldn't stop looking at it all!
Nostalgia abounds! I am feeling wistful. I love these dresses. I have been gone for a few days but I am ready now to start on a few dresses too and my self portrait' ;)
